Digital online specialist

Our client is worldwide media agency belonging to the top players on the media market, but still having family company character on the Czech market. Currently, we are looking for Digital Online Specialist for its client in Prague, which is a prestigious international retail brand. The suitable candidate can come from the CEE region (but we are not limited to this area), as the working language is English at business level.

Major Responsibilities:
Purpose of the role:

Digital Online Specialist key role is to drive efficiency across digital media channels within REEMEA region (15+ markets)
Main task for this role is to create comprehensive overview above all digital channels where campaigns are being executed
Delivering recommendations for KPIs/ optimizations based on the campaign data insights across all channels
What will be your responsibilities?

Full digital audience (kids and shoppers) funnel measurement framework from awareness to purchase
Digital channels KPIs and benchmarks maintenance for markets across REEMEA (i.e. benchmark calculator with past campaigns results)
Support cascading measurement framework across REEMEA towards local teams
Reporting and optimization proposals across digital channels
Preparing case studies to provide added value for the client and wider stakeholders to benefit from and drive client’s business forward
Maintaining and supporting existing reporting structures (Tableau Dashboard/ PSB Reporting/Digital Planning templates)
Communicating with key internal and clients’ stakeholders
Desired background:

2 + years of experience in digital marketing from an agency performance driven business, or premium consumer brand
Advanced understanding of digital channels measurement and ability to connect digital KPIs with overall marketing and business objectives
Experience working in regional or multi-market role is an advantage
Previous experience as PPC Media Specialist/ Digital Planner/ Account is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office Tools (excel proficiency is a must), Tableau, Google Studio
Knowledge of key digital buying platforms:
o Google Ads (Search/ Video/ Display)

o FB Ads Manager

o Programmatic DSPs

Advanced Czech and English written and spoken
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
