Senior Accountant

For our client, leader in global food systems, we are looking for new colleague on position Senior Accountant.

Náplň práce:
KEY ACTIVITIES:
  • Posting AP invoices, issuing cross-charging invoices in SAP
  • Posting of reserves and other cost documents related to turnover of goods and company cars, business services
  • Payroll booking according to data from external booking company
  • Settlement and posting costs related to business trips
  • Valuation of balance sheet items in foreign currency (monthly)
  • Posting banking reports, payment reports
  • Cashflow management reports
  • Tax calculation and payments to relevant authorities
  • Corporate bank account management and corporate business cards settlement
  • Fixed assets management on monthly and annual basis
  • Sales department control in terms of cost, sales, bonuses, tax
  • Warehouse management control
  • Cooperation with external auditing company and internal treasury department
  • Cooperation with Finance Manager in preparation of reports (Group, local)
  • Cooperation on setting up of processes

Požadujeme:
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting / finance department
  • University degree is advantage
  • Good level in English, fluent Czech
  • Autonomy in day-to-day activities and good communication skills
  • Practical use of Excel
  • SAP knowledge will be a benefit
