Kristýna joined KP2 in 2010, at first as a specialist in sales and IT positions. Today she looks for candidates for a wide range of positions. Her specialties are the construction, architecture and engineering sectors. Previously, she worked for several years as a lecturer and later as a product and development methodologist at Tutor Ltd.

Vladimír worked for 20 years in sales and management positions in telecommunications and ICT. He searches for suitable candidates for sales, managerial and technical positions for his clients. He also works as a consultant in recruitment.

Jiří started his professional career in the early 1990s and gradually worked his way up through all business positions from Account Manager to Sales Director. Since 2005 he has been fully dedicated to sourcing candidates for a wide range of positions. His specialty is sales positions, including management. At the same time he is also a business skills trainer specializing in B2B consultative selling, sales strategies, etc.

David has more than nine years of experience in executive search and recruitment for middle and top management positions. David also specializes in the search for professional specialists across a wide range of disciplines. Parallel to this work, he is an experienced trainer with many years of experience in soft skills training and employee development.

Hana started her professional career in business, where she worked successfully for several years. Gradually she discovered the world of HR, where she was most enchanted by recruitment, to which she has remained loyal ever since. She has experience in multinational corporations and Czech start-ups and although she enjoys filling sales positions the most, she also likes to venture into other fields.

Michal fondly recalls his 10 years as a high school teacher. He has been involved in recruiting and executive search since 2007. His goal is to enhance the growth potential of his clients by finding quality candidates. He focuses on key roles in business, finance and management.

Vladimír is the co-founder of KP2 Czech Republic s.r.o. He graduated in electrical engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague and has 20 years of experience in B2B sales in all positions. At KP2 he focuses on sales management and sales strategy. He is a certified Miller Heiman sales processes trainer.

Daniela has been in the HR industry for 20 years. She has mostly worked in internal positions as an HR Manager, HR Director or HR BP for the European region, but Recruitment and Talent Acquisition has always been her heart’s desire, where she can also use her training as a psychologist. At KP2, she likes to “hunt for bright minds” in fields such as ITS/SW, Project Management, Product Management or Sales. She also enjoys embarking on specific projects such as looking for experts in GDPR or Legal.
